Throughout my career, I have led directions of more than 100 employees across multiple operational functions in very competitive and fast moving environments, including transaction operations, payments, custody and settlements, premium banking operations, AML and sanctions first-line controls, and performance management. My focus is on turning complex or inefficient operations into structured, measurable, and scalable operating models. I have led initiatives involving process redesign, workflow automation, transaction routing, operational risk controls, KPI frameworks, capacity and headcount planning, SLA improvement, and management reporting. In previous leadership roles, these initiatives contributed to significant improvements in service levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also bring a strong financial and risk-management background, including approximately 10 years of experience in portfolio and reserve management risk, as well as experience developing operational and control frameworks for specialized depository and pension fund activities. As a Fractional COO, I can support founders and management teams that need senior operational leadership without immediately hiring a full-time executive. I am particularly effective in environments where a company is scaling, processes have become fragmented, management needs better visibility into performance, or operational and control functions need to be built from the ground up.
