My experience includes building engineering teams from scratch, managing seven-figure technology budgets, leading enterprise SaaS platforms used by Fortune 500 customers, and operating production ML systems supporting more than $500M in trading turnover. I work across technology strategy, software architecture, AI/ML, engineering leadership, hiring, cloud infrastructure, product delivery, technical due diligence and turnaround situations. My best-fit clients are founder-led technology companies, typically with 5–50 employees, where software is core to the business and senior technical leadership is missing or stretched. Common situations include post-funding scale-up, CTO transitions, underperforming engineering, technical debt, major architecture decisions, AI adoption, or preparing the technology organization for the next stage of growth.
