I build and manage distributed engineering teams, own end-to-end product delivery, and translate business problems into working software. Clients range from e-commerce platforms to government digitization projects. On the technical side, my stack runs deep on NestJS/TypeScript, Node.js, React, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and AI/LLM integration including Model Context Protocol (MCP) server design. I also serve as Engineering lead at Saidot, an AI governance SaaS, which gives me hands-on experience with regulated, compliance-heavy products and EU AI Act requirements. I work well with early-stage founders who need a technical partner — not just an advisor. Someone who builds the roadmap, hires the right people, picks the right stack, and actually ships.
