I spent years focused on the Blue Ribbon Restaurant Group out of New York City. My experience spans markets including London, New York, and Miami, where I've lived and operated. I've worked everywhere from small operator cafes to glamorous nightclubs, Japanese Omakase, and Michelin-star experiences. I haven't carried the fractional COO title before, so this would be my first engagement structured that way, but my background is hands-on: COO and Senior Director roles in luxury multi-unit F&B and boutique hotel F&B, plus management training. Today I provide hospitality consulting and operational management support for Timo restaurant, and co-run Malka Creative + Delicious, a custom cake and dessert catering business. As a small business owner, I'm adept in P&L management and lowering prime costs.
